Join us on Sunday December 7th during our usual service time for a No Fuss Christmas Pageant and Table Service. We'll join together around tables to share a special breakfast and together act our the Nativity story - no rehearsals required. Invite a friend or neighbor to join you for a morning of community and Christmas spirit.
Join us on Wednesday mornings from 7:45a-8:45a for a time of prayer and bible study as we root ourselves in the Scripture from Sunday’s sermon and praying for our church. We encourage you to pray for EDV every Wednesday, even if you are unable to join us on Wednesday mornings. Note: Text 720.663.9433 or use the EDV #edvupdates channel to be let in, use the red church office door. To find the prayer room, take stairs by red door to the second floor, then head down the hallway.
Join us on Saturday December 13th for festive drinks at Hudson Hill followed by “Nine Lessons and Carols” at St. John's Cathedral. Enjoy an hour of fellowship over hot chocolate, cider, or a cocktail and then an hour of classic carols, anthems, and hymns from the Cathedral Choir. All ages welcome. We would love the opportunity to baptize you on December 14th during our Sunday service. Baptism is a beautiful picture of our spiritual transformation in Christ: we go under the water, symbolizing dying to our old self, and come up out of the water as a symbol of being raised to new life in Christ. Join us to celebrate the beauty and hope of Christmas. Join us this Christmas Eve for a simple, sacred service of carols, candlelight, and the wonder of Christ’s coming. On Christmas, God enters our world—in vulnerability, in hiddenness, and in love made flesh for a weary people longing for hope. We’ll reflect on the quiet power of the incarnation and the invitation to receive Jesus as the Light who still breaks into ordinary places and ordinary lives. Families are welcome! We will have: * A separate Christmas Eve program for toddlers–Pre-K, with age-appropriate activities and songs * Nursery available for our littlest ones
